I'm a realtor, entrepreneur, mother, and marathon runner.
I got into real estate because I wanted to make a difference in the industry. I wanted to be able to show real estate salespeople as honest, knowledgeable, and caring, and that's consistently the feedback I get from my clients. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing and a robust online marketing approach, I offer a unique, hands-on customer service experience that allows my clients to feel at ease throughout the entire real estate transaction.
I want my clients to feel like they've hired their best friend to help them with their transaction. I want them to feel comfortable, and that they can trust me to point them in the right direction. I love the fact that I get to work so closely with people. I'm honoured that I get to meet someone as basically a stranger, and then they form a trust with me and allow me to help them make their dreams a reality. Making it all come together for a client is the best feeling for me.
When I'm not helping clients, I love to run. I'm also a devoted softball mom to my 14-year-old daughter, and dream of one day owning a small hobby farm.

Daniel Joo had an extensive background in sales and customer service, prior to becoming a licensed realtor. Daniel (Danny) transitioned into real estate as a second career because he's passionate about making the leasing experience enjoyable and most of all, stress free!
His strong interpersonal skills allows him to interact with a wide variety of individuals, and his strong negotiating skills allows him to get the deal done right, every time. With his clients' distinct needs as his top priority, Daniel guides his clients through the real estate leasing process from start-to-finish. Nobody can negotiate a lease better than Daniel!
When not working (very rare!) Daniel is a runner and a devoted husband.
